A little knowledge of Photoshop would be very helpful. We do offer customization for customers who are not comfortable with Photoshop. Just because you don't know Photoshop should not stop you from purchasing a theme.
Log into your account and you will see all of the downloads under View Details and Downloads link. Please note, these downloads are available as long as your subscription is active.
